We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events or during peak season (November-January). However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings if availability allows. Contact us as soon as you know your event date.

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations 7-13 days before receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event or can be paid on the day of the event by prior arrangement. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Each poker table rental includes the professional-grade table (seats 8-10 players), two decks of premium playing cards, dealer button, cut card, and standard plastic chips. Delivery, setup, and pickup are all included in the rental price. Premium clay chips and additional accessories are available for an extra fee.

We serve all of Southern California, including Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County (Inland Empire), and Ventura County. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Los Angeles County. Contact us to confirm service in your area.

Yes, we provide poker chips with every rental. Standard rentals include 500 plastic chips per table, which is plenty for most games. We can customize chip quantities and denominations based on your tournament structure or cash game needs. Premium clay composite chips are available for an upgraded casino feel.
