By booking services with Big Slick's Poker Night ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
We provide professional poker table rentals, dealer services, and related event entertainment services throughout Southern California. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3.1 Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event or as otherwise agreed upon.
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments must be received by the due dates specified in your booking confirmation.
3.3 Late Payments: Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
4.1 Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
4.2 Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
4.3 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
4.4 We reserve the right to cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
5.1 Provide accurate event information including date, time, location, and expected attendance.
5.2 Ensure adequate space and access for equipment setup and removal.
5.3 Provide safe working conditions for our staff.
5.4 Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your event.
6.1 All equipment remains the property of Big Slick's Poker Night.
6.2 The client is responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
6.3 Lost or stolen equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Slick's Poker Night shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
Our services are for entertainment purposes only. We do not facilitate real money gambling. Clients are responsible for ensuring their events comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
